I'm going to put this on the calendar and do a clean reinstall every six months. I guess something wasn't grokking internally. I've installed a ton of updates/early releases/etc. I hated the trouble, but the solution turned out to be a turn for the better. After the clean installation, Sonar is running like a greased pig at the rodeo. I tried reinstalling Melodyne and Sonar in different configurations, but still ended up with the same message. It would go through the process, then give the message 'The following VST plug-in failed to load: (80004002) c:program filescommon filesvst3CelemonyMelodyne'. I'd get crashes on simple projects, and getting larger projects that simply wouldn't load or play. I was attempting to map the tempo by dropping audio clips on the time line. Now, even before this problem, I was having a lot of sluggish weirdness with Sonar. > I can enable and run my Izotope Vinyl VST plug-in > iZotope Vinyl VST plug-in enables and runs fine on: > audacity-2.3.0-alpha-8.
> Can anyone enable vst plugins on Windows > On my w10 laptop with alpha 2.3.0 - yes I can. I could use the tempo mapping without the error message. After pressing the enable and > ok buttons I get a message saying failed to register. The plugins themself are in the x86, but in the 64bit path are the stuff that make those.
Found how to make it recognize the plugin: Waves put his stuff in two different folders, one in the 'Program files x86' with the 32bit and one in the 'Programs'. You can find the instructions here: Reinstalled Sonar Platinum, and it worked. Ive updated my OS to Windows 2004 build 19041.1052, but Resolve still fails to load those VST. Used the info on the Cakewalk website to wipe Sonar off my machine. I completely uninstalled Melodyne from my machine, scoured ever trace, rebooted, then reinstalled. Im new to angular, I have an angular project that whenever I run npm start or ng serve it comes up with an error- ERROR in HostResourceLoader: loader(D:/Spark/doPayroll clone/dopayroll-front-end/s. It would go through the process, then give the message "The following VST plug-in failed to load: (80004002) c:\program files\common files\vst3\Celemony\Melodyne". I was attempting to map the tempo by dropping audio clips on the time line. If it is a legit copy, make sure it is installed correctly, or contact the manufacturers of the VST for help. If it is not a legit copy, that may be your main issue. I'm going to write the solution in case someone needs this info in the future. Answer (1 of 3): Run a scan under more plugins to see if fl studio knows what it is.
